How it works

Follow these simple steps to set up the RAZ Medical ID Bracelet:   

  1. Go to MyTapMedID.com. 
  2. Click the “First Time Activation” button. 
  3. Fill in the wearer’s personal information. 
  4. Enter the ID and PIN printed on your RAZ Medical ID Bracelet. 
  5. Click “Activate” to create your account. 

Once activated, you’ll be able to enter the wearer’s medical information.  After this is completed, the bracelet is ready to be used!
